Delivery Time

Delivery of in-stock items within Germany is made no later than 3 working days (Monday to Friday) and outside Germany no later than 12 working days. However, as a wholesaler, we cannot guarantee the permanent availability of all goods. Therefore, the availability of individual products may vary greatly. 

Information on the Calculation of the Delivery Date

The period for calculating the delivery time of goods for payment by direct debit and invoice starts on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the delivery period. For payment in advance, the delivery date depends on the receipt of payment and can thus vary. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.

If you order several items with different delivery times, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time. 

Assigned Transport Companies

Standard delivery of your order to EU countries is carried out by the transport company DPD. Upon request, we are also happy to send your order via DHL.
The non-EU countries listed below are delivered via Post/DHL.

Shipping Costs

You can refer to the table below for the incurred shipping costs. The shipping is only carried out in the countries listed below by default. Delivery to Germany is free of charge from a goods value of 250 €. Delivery to Austria is free of charge from a goods value of 400 €.
The minimum order value is always 100 €.

If you wish for delivery to a country not listed here, please contact us in advance by e-mail at info@stephisimo.de. Please state the item, the quantity of the item and the delivery address with the country and postcode. We will then inform you whether shipping to your country is possible and what costs you will incur.

Notes for customers with delivery addresses in non-EU countries:

In the case of shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g., duties) may be incurred as part of your order. These are not collected or billed by us but are to be paid directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities by you. Please inquire about the details from these authorities.
